Returning Items

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email, within 48 hours of receiving item at customerservice@mfstores.co.uk. Please provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or replacement.

Eligibility for Refund

To be eligible for a refund, items must:

  1. Be returned within 14 days of delivery after informing customer service centre.
  2. Be in their original packaging and condition
  3. Not be personalized or made-to-order items
  4. Not be damaged or altered in any way
  5. Be the item ordered from the website

Refund Process

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item(s). Refunds will be issued in the original payment account by default method.

Exchange or Replacement

If you’d like to exchange or replace an item, please contact our customer service team. We’ll guide you through the process and ensure you receive the correct item.

Return Shipping Costs
